Hey desk-sitting workers - is there an affordable office chair with good ergonomics that you'd recommend?
Not looking for a standing desk anytime soon - I'm on my feet doing martial arts & weight training for at least 6 hours per day.

I have used the ticova. It’s nice I think around $250. Chairs are always so hard bc they can fit so different but that has been nice for me
