It’s a guided meditation, and I want to listen to it every morning on my home audio, not on an app with constant notifications and distractions…

There is probably a better way, but using the browsers inspector found the m3u8 file. This is an index to the .ts files it is streaming. If all site stripping fails, you could just use an audio recorder like audacity.
