If you make joy your priority and tune in to this joy daily through your meditation, not only will you feel deeply connected. You will also have a huge impact on the people and circumstances in your life and the lives of people you don’t even know. To do this, we must be conscious of our alignment.
In our times, alternative forms of therapy and healing are becoming more prominent, one of them being sound healing. Here’s a Handpan sound healing video I made to share this powerful healing with others. Enjoy, frens! 🫶🧘🏼♀️
(TLDR on sound healing)
Sound therapy works with the science of vibration, frequency and resonance of the sounds. Everything in the universe is energy. And all this energy, no matter if it possesses a manifested or unmanifested form vibrates at a specific frequency (the speed of vibration). Each sound also possesses a specific vibration and frequency that our bodies (also vibrating at a specific frequency) are able to perceive. We don’t only hear music with our ears, but we also feel the vibrations and frequencies of the music (just think of a bass-heavy tune that shakes up your whole body, but also more subtle sounds are perceived by the body without us consciously noticing it).

really love the sound 💜🤗
(the frames switched a bit too fast for me 😅, was able to read through 2/3 of each of them)
I would say the same… let the words marinate.
Y’all the reason I make fast frame 🤣 hue all said huer brains like it 1.5x faster ☹️
When listening. Not reading
muh bren sucks at reading fast and comprehension, been trying to improve it and forcing myself to read more 💜
Oh. I tard, I fakked up. It’s audibles at 1.5x 🤦🏼♀️
It’s still awesome!! I just don’t like feeling like I need to read fast. I want to take it in. The opposite is true of listening.. I need fast speech to keep my interest.. weird, but this is how it works.
Speaking of which… where’s the name of the gif you use to respond to this gif 👀

You’re de best, but this juan made me incredibly anxious 😅🫨😂
🤣🤣🤣 handpan makes autists anxious?!
Handpans are super powerful for sound healing! They have this amazing resonance and their round shape makes the sound go in every direction, filling up the whole room with good vibes. What's really cool about handpans and steeldrums is that each note has three frequencies. It's like a 1:2:3 ratio thing, which is different from most other instruments that only have two frequencies. So, basically, when you play a handpan, you're getting a fundamental tone, an octave harmonic (which is exactly half the size of the fundamental), and a compound fifth harmonic (which is one third the size of the fundamental). It's pretty mind-blowing!
