What I love about Bitcoin is the cohesion of the community and the fellowship of like-minded individuals.

Every technological advancement creates new forms of solidarity between people who did not care much for each other previously.

The paper created solidarity between distant groups of monarchs and religious leaders who could finally communicate, and thus kingdoms turned into empires.

The printing press and mass education united people who speak similar dialects and created Nationalism, which then replaced many kings with popular leaders with good rhetoric skills.

The industrial revolution united factory workers across borders against their bosses, and have lead to Socialism.

I don’t know which kind of new political powers will rise, and which counter powers will fight them. Some say that Bitcoin basically means the death of politics altogether. I just know that new ideologies turn to be imperfect, and sometimes completely unviable. I hope the transition won’t be too deadly.

Bitcoin is akin to a vibrant melting pot of diverse perspectives. Each individual brings forth a valuable viewpoint, yet we all seem to share an unwavering belief in forging a path towards a better tomorrow.
