Great question. Working on that now actually with a physical printout of keys in a fireproof box buried deep in a closet with deeds, titles, wills, and other such important things. As well as an updated will with that information.

Too much? What else?🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

So you leave the location if those docs in your will? Of tell your relative about the existence of this backup yourself?

The location of the safe isn’t a secret. My kids and their godparents know it exists and to open in the event of mine and my wife’s death. As far as the will, I haven’t had anything written up yet, but since my will is a sealed document, I was planning to record in it and bequeath to my kids my keys and/or recovery information in the event our safe is also lost.

Is there a technical solution to transmit the information (keywords) after your death, in a way no one can access it before hand? Hardware or software
