So the anti DEI people should stand on that and not pretend that we reached a high moral ground and we will solely judge each other based of merit alone that’s all I’m sayin

Just call it straight

“We are all prejudice / bias to a degree” to me is much better than

“ we don’t need DEI because we have moved past that as a society and are such moral ppl no prejudices exist we will hire based off merit”

The latter is insulting my intelligence

The goal is certainly to judge the merit and character of others. Its utopian to expect to hit the asymptote.
