I am able to receive zaps but unable to zap people. Any ideas?

What wallet are you using? I see some posts have the zap option and some don't. That may be because the person hasn't added a compatible lightning address.

I’m using ln.tips wallet connected to blue. I’m able to receive zaps but can’t even see the option to zap anyone on Damus.

Yeah. Damus test flight has it, but the regular app hasn’t updated to include it yet from the App Store.
