Same with ppl that drink a little versus none. The ppl that drink in moderation live longer. Prob bc it reduces stress. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing, that’s how addicts think. Moderation is key

Nicotine was killing covid too 😂

Had a scratchy throat for 2 days, then had some nicotine gum (2mg) and it cleared up by the next day. I held off the first few days because I thought it would irritate the throat like how hot sauce or cold water does, but nope I should have had nicotine as soon as I was not feeling well.

I think a lot of the benefit is the role it plays in facilitating or improving social interactions. People underestimate the impact good social life/community has on health.
