Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics can be reformatted to fit almost anything. The whole point is a set of laws that make it near impossible to have conflicts.

In this case I'm applying the format to govern an instance of land use.

1.) Make the land more productive every year via biological management only.

2.) Produce as many diversified revenue streams from the same piece of land as we can unless it conflicts with #1.

3.) Produce as much revenue from that land as we can unless it conflicts with #1 or #2.

Asimov wrote an entire series of books specifically dealing with the conflicts that inevitably arise no matter how solid the governing structure. So, I wonder what kind of 'stories' can arise from these three laws.

Great set of books. Recently reread the entire series, having only read Foundation as a kid. Worth it

Highest and Best Use:

Four Criteria As Vacant Land in order.

Physically Possible

Financially Feasible

Highest and Better Use...new definition that incorporates Asimov's Robotic Laws ???
