I write a lot, I love it... but it's really hard to write a letter explaining why a branch of your business is shutting down. This is a new one for me.

Focus on value shifting elsewhere? So that serves clients more by concentrating effort? Just spitballing and sending you all the good wishes 🍀🫂💜
