I'm not sure who here uses Cash App to buy Bitcoin but if you do you need to be aware of the fine print before using it. DCA'ing small amounts works well but when you step up as I did to larger purchases $1000 a whack you are quickly limited to maximums of $5k a week, etc.
My last 1k purchase was denied (failed says the app) but for a day it showed as pending in my bank account and today it shows the purchase has gone through, but no bitcoin from cash app.
Initial customer support appears to be a general information FAQ copy and paste AI which was no help at all as it could not comprehend the specifics of my situation and so the AI knew enough to put me on hold until a human can be found to address the issue.
I'll tag @npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m with this even though he won't respond but should be made aware of his company's shortcomings. If you are going to deny a purchase, don't let the transaction get to the buyers bank before denying it. Also a warning before throttling a buyer rather than a hard denial would be nice. And then i was also limited to how much bitcoin I could move to cold storage every week which is antithetical to the freedom you preach.
