Because they think nobody would be interested in a controversy, if computers didn't tell them to be, because humans aren't interested in other humans.

We would just spend all day sending each other good vibes and reminding each other to stack sats. If we could be bothered to show up, which we can't, because it's so dull that we go check out what's on X.

Social media is entertaining and a great start but I don’t think that’s the main use case for #nostr. Right now, #nostr like going to a meet-up where after a couple of hours you say to yourself ‘Ok, I’ve had enough.’ But you keep coming back because there are really good nuggets, and the price of these nuggets is regularly attending the meet-ups.

Nostr is slowly beginning to turn social media around.

Instead of there being socializing with occasional links to media or topics, there will be media/topics with socializing about and around them.
