I keep coming back to XMPP. Don't get me wrong, Simplex is awesome. Matrix is sexy. IRC is hardcore. Signal is easy to recommendo my mom. But XMPP.... XMPP just fkin works. Every time. All day. Every day.
I love XMPP too but most people use matrix and idk keep it or drop it.

Maybe I should give Briar another shot. Last I tried it (years ago now), it was painfully slow on mobile. Maybe that's improved though 💪
