What's the best way to quickly test a local Blossom relay built with Khatru?

I keep getting 400 "missing 'Authorization' header" when using HTTPie and realizing I might not know what I'm doing.

Is a PUT to /upload [with a file] expected to work? The Blossom docs seem to indicate it should work...
