Could lightning nodes double as nostr relays?

If so

Could lightning / nostr nodes relays triple as incentivised Tor relays.

If so

Could, through incentives (very small fees for data paid in sats), those lightning/nostr/tor relay nodes be the building blocks of a truly decentralized, anonymous internet that is faster than today's internet and everything the internet was supposed to be prior to centralizaion?

Yeah, yeah, and make your lightning / nostr / tor relay node a bitcoin wallet too.

Everyone incentivised to put a node on every phone, desktop and laptop with any extra space on it.

Instead of a few thousand of the each you end up with billions of BTC node relay wallets across every corner of the world.

Much more efficient than giant server farms.

Faster, anonymous and censorship resistant. All while making BTC the lube that makes it all work and ensuring everyone in the world had BTC and a way to earn it doing nothing more than keeping their devices charged.

OK devs. Get on it. I'm ready.
