Could lightning nodes double as nostr relays?

If so

Could lightning / nostr nodes relays triple as incentivised Tor relays.

If so

Could, through incentives (very small fees for data paid in sats), those lightning/nostr/tor relay nodes be the building blocks of a truly decentralized, anonymous internet that is faster than today's internet and everything the internet was supposed to be prior to centralizaion?

What about it? I read it every 6 months or so. Are you saying that this I'm wrong when I said this is why BTC was invented. I get that it was made to be a peer to peer electronic cash system. But that is what this would be doing. Processing micro payments via lightning to host a worldwide insanely powerful decentralized server for the backbone of an idealistic internet.

Or where you getting at something else?
