I think this is an interesting topic because in the states, you can go 7mph over the limit and probably never get pulled over. But 7mph at 45mph is significantly more than than 10kph
it's percentage based here 10% big roads, 5% smaller areas
so within small areas where it's 30km/h etc u barely have playing room and when i can go 120km/h it's max 12kmph over
your 7mph converted to kmph is 11, which is the basically the max room u get at max speed limit (120kmph high roads)
i like your country's rule better hehe
