Raw milk should just be called milk.

The bastardised, denatured version they call pasteurized should be the one that gets labelled.

Totally agree. First time I tried at a farm a few years ago I was astounded at the flavour. Like trying a proper cucumber for the first the compared to the insipid super market ones. We had a micro dairy in Stroud that was raw but sadly they closed a few weeks back. No idea where to get it from now easily

Where do you get yours?

First off, try this site to see what is available near you, usually quite accurate. http://rawmilk.simkin.co.uk/

If not I can recommend Clifton's farm up my way. They do UK delivery and their milk is unbelievably high quality. Even more so than other raw milk around here.

Thank you, will check them out
