You have a lot of options. Some may work better than others so I'll give you a lot of examples and you can see what works best for you.

These can be public or private. You and your friends could use these to chat privately or even a client group like you mentioned.

You could get crazy and more complicated and run a relay for you and your friends. You could make it so only you can your friends post to it but the world can read from it. You could make it a public relay that everyone is able to read and write to. You could even make it a paid relay.

You could also buy a server from a web hosting company and setup a nostr:nprofile1qqs8sxs4yuz47axp7uprpugrs3sfkdz5379tdg9xe2n5qfvz070a4egprdmhxue69uhkwmr9v9ek7mnpw3hhytnyv4mz7un9d3shjqg4waehxw309aex2mrp0yhx6mmnw3ezuur4vgzaq60d instance. Next, you mentioned streaming, you can live stream via zap.stream and this content does show up in several Nostr apps.

As for Bitcoin. I use Strike too. I use it to buy/save in bitcoin. And then I withdrawal it to a cold wallet when needed. I'll recommend a BitKey device as they are more beginner friendly. You can use Strike as a hot/spending wallet but you can also use your Primal as that too.
