For my entire life I was v light-sensitive and had dry / irritated eyes often.

After ditching bullshit carbs and plants I have zero light sensitivity and my eyes feel optimal again. I haven’t worn sunglasses in years and feel no need.

Wild what the correct diet will do for the issues doctors and modern medicine can’t fix.

Even from autism?

It might help a little 😂

Doubt diet can fix that but why are so many autistic now. Why is there so much myopia when everyone protects their eyes from the sun with

Mercury poisoning.

Read “the needles’s secret”. Very interesting theory on why vaccines are so harmful.

But we cut down on fish

This guy has mercury poisoning 😂

We have to help folk remove the singlases. Can honestly say my instinct are so sharp

You got it from the shots.

yeah, thats probably most recent ingestion, but things like autism, cancers, myopia and many other diseases have been rapidly rising for many many years, and for the same amount of time, we have been wearing sunglasses and apply sunblocks.

I get by fine without sunglasses (or usually a hat) even in Arizona. It took some getting used to but my eyes adapted and I'm doing just fine! Getting plenty of sun on my skin without sunburns or dryness too!

That is impressive.

In regard to the sun, same. I’m fair skinned and used to burn bad and getting tan was hard. Since I quit seed oils and upped my meat consumption my skin is 10x as resilient toward the sun. Spent time in Argentina, Greece and Mexico in the summer with no sun screen and NO problems.

The transformation I experienced in my late 30s by going carnivore and quitting seed oils had been remarkable. Far exceeded my expectations.

I have a similar experience with ditching carbs, most plants and sugar I have a much easier time around animals. I used to be really allergic to cats and some dogs. Now I’m able to spend all night sleeping literally an inch away from a dog and being in a home with a cat with no allergy.

That is crazy what a huge bonus. I wonder what the mechanism is.

I’m not sure but I’m here for it!! I also never use to tan. I’d always burn. I was told those with blonde hair, blue eyes and light coloured skin I would automatically burn but for the last two summers since changing my diet I have had the best deepest tans of my life. A couple times I’ve stayed out in the sun too long enjoying the glorious heat on my skin right out of the gate and did burn but that was my own fault and would happen to anyone.
