What the world needs is a clear, verifiable protocol-level open system for voting on anything. This system should be incrementally built and assembled by the very evolving consensus protocol it's built upon, emulating a pattern of self-assemblage like DNA. However, unlike DNA, which is predefined, this system would be self-correcting and will embody self-repairing characteristics.

It needs to adapt to evolving attacks, spam, unknown, and the unknown unknown.
