Watched Jodorowsky’s Dune (2013), a documentary directed by Alejandro Jodorowsky. The documentary explains the ambitious and unsuccessful attempt to adapt Frank Herbert’s Dune into a visionary film in the 70s. It explains his approach assembling a team of legendary artists like Salvador Dali, Pink Floyd, H.R. Giger. The film ultimately fails due to logistical and financial problems. What’s really interesting is the lasting influence this failed masterpiece had on modern science fiction cinema. This is an amazing documentary. Super interesting. Must watch. 8/10 #nodereviews

Great documentary, but after watching The Holy Mountain, I'm a bit glad he was unsuccessful. I think the would have went a bit abstract.
