Is this general layout going to be an issue for a hydroponic system? Planning on salad greens and some other experiments. (Cukes, strawberries, cucamelons to start)

Just wondering if there is enough space between net cups.

There is not enough space between the net cups. I did the same mistake. One less column and you should be set.

agreed. you will be shocked at the root growth and the amount of water/nutrients mix that they will consume.

That will be fine for most greens for a few weeks. Once they start to really fill out the leaves will be pretty crowded but I don’t think that’ll cause any problems. The lettuce types got big pretty fast when I did a Kratky system a few times.

You could always get 2 lids. Start them in the crowded one, then move the strongest ones to the more open one. Idk just a thought

Josh idk about rich. In our house we only worry about one lid to make sure the wife is happy. That one only sees buttcheeks
