Have started using Primal (omn Android), initial impression is good. It shows the notifications that Amethyst fails to show for some reason. The profile page also seems to beess temperamental.

Primal does not offer ability to edit posts--at least on the free version--which Amethyst did.
The initial impression was wring. Primal has its own set of issue (like a note and then tap again to undo the like, not working. Editing a post not working).
