Just super simple sour cream, chopped cucumber and dill, olive oil, lemon, and salt. You can use Greek yogurt too, but I prefer sour cream.
Ground lamb is a lot. I haven’t committed yet.
Gyros are in the oven!!!!!

I couldn’t find the Pyrex loaf pan but found a cake Pyrex…

Some strong work. Take those slices and fry them up in beef tallow to get the crispy outside.
It was fate. Was at Mariano’s and they had ground lamb on clearance for $7.
