I read this many years ago (maybe 2008ish), but I remember it being such a good book! The ‘entity vs. incremental’ learning concept was a game-changer for how I approached challenges—accepting that failure was not an obstacle but a tool for growth. It also made me more aware of the ‘hard zones’ vs. ‘soft zones’ and the importance of being fully present, even through setbacks. However, ‘making smaller circles’ took a while to incorporate into my mindset—honestly, I’m still working on that, but I love how it shifts the focus to depth over breadth.

What were some of your biggest takeaways?
