I didn't dream for the last 21 months or so. I guess because of various life stressors.

I started dreaming again about a week ago and all I have is nightmares.

Not sure what to make of it, but my current stance is that I'd rather have nightmares than no dreams at all.

Anyway, good morning.

Also had a nightmare tonight .. all my nightmares are about getting chased by sth and me trying to escape it .. what's the meaning? 😫
