You can use torrents in Bulgaria without a VPN. Nobody cares, even your ISP. 😏

Yeah, the warnings from the ISP never amount to anything over here. They just threaten you endlessly and never act. But still, I'd rather they didn't know what I was up to, out of principal more than anything.
