If you feel like running, run! Physical exertion can do wonders for mental health.

Also, jump into something creative, no matter what that outlet may be. Go nuts with it. Use the frenetic energy inside to splash something out into tangability.

Even if you don't like the product, the process will give you relief. I have often found that when I feel stuck or stagnant in life, that it has been a long time since I've done something creative.

Thanks, friend. I agree, on running and getting creative.

For me, there's also if life became too rigid and stagnant. When all the fun are sucked out of it and I haven't explored anything new for a while.
