Could be, but Olas seems to gain popularity, while Flare doesn't, any other app that support uploading these kinds? Amethyst?

Yes, Amethyst supports such videos as well since a few updates.

Ok, published. Please try adding videos at site settings -> content filters -> kinds.

Confirmed it works in Amethyst just this morning while sipping #coffee
