Put simply, Keeping your word. Both to yourself and others.
Integrity literally means to be integrated; to be fully a single thing. No aspects of yourself are contradictory. While a person must adapt to circumstances, the self does not change. Rather, it is an ever present aspect of the self which rises to the surface given the occasion.
