An Occam's razor approach to #mkultra would be the following:

1) Observe an environment where one or more desires are banned. Desire must exist in this environment.

2) Incubate (wait) and watch innovation unfold consciously, subconsciously and/or unconsciously.

3. Interveine in step 2, and operate upon the subconscious or unconscious the same way one would herd sheep.

The axiom here is that banning/suppressing anything will only spawn innovation over a long enough timeline.

For an example of step 3, what i refer to here as 'the matrix' would be AI algorithms operating on the repressed self.
