There was an issue with Minibits lightning node that caused lightning payments to fail. Only ecash payments remained available during the outage.
Restart of the node resolved the issues, all test payments have passed as of now. Please report if something is still broken for you.

You mean alby hub's ecash wallet? In that case it's a wallet side issue (wallet keeps spent ecash token in its spendable balance and mint refuses it to swap to prevent double spend)
Still broken for me- can receive but all payments out fail

This message is returned by mint in case the previous lightning payment did not completed neither failed before. The reserved ecash to settle it will remain pending until inflight lightning payment finally clears, usually within 24 hours.
Any suggestions on what to do if it's longer than 24 hours? I can make ecash now but if I move the ecash it's still proofs pending on the recipient end

Mine also appears to be broken. Top-ups from my Alby LN Wallet are displayed as pending until they expire after the 24 hours time window. Just like nostr:nprofile1qy28wue69uhkcmmrv9kxsmmnwsargwpk8yhsz9nhwden5te0v4jx2m3wdehhxarj9ekxzmny9uqzqd7yuxr0wvzrjfyu7z87u76crpkv460ym5f0xkl437d5ye77jyymps9w60 I am not sure whether the Minibits lightning node might be the reason (again) but can imagine that it is.
