Christmas cooking part 1 ✅

My wife’s family take on Chicken Cacciatore involves a bottle of Port wine, and reduced balsamic vinaigrette… so instead of the high-acid tomato base, it’s a savory almost-sweet, super rich flavor. Can’t wait til Christmas Eve 🤤
