Pretty

thank you 😁

I see many things. All of them beautiful.

what do you see, tell me 😁

Top middle

I see a sunset smeared, with just the right amount of colour. A sun setting over a sea of long prairie grass. Where one could watch the land move with the wind, likes the waves on an ocean. A place where the wind blows free and there is nothing to break the light of the sun. Where sage brush hides our secrets. In the left there is fire. Life, and warmth that carries us through the winter. A place to tell our stories, stare at the stars, and revel in the fact that we are living. To know that we are not simply moving through this world alive. But instead, are living.

I have thoughts about the other two too :)

god you're so good with words

And you, with a pallet knife 💜🫂

What is a pallet knife?

this is a pallet:

the op means palette. palette is a board you put small amounts of paints on when painting, it's also the word for a set of assigned colours on computer displays like VGA which can have only 256 but you have to set each one individually out of a bigger set.

it's a tiny little spatula similar to the ones bricklayers use to shape mortar, but for oil and acrylic paints.

they have the same phonetic in many english languages, but i try to emphasise the last syllable in the art one, first in the cargo carrying tool. PALLet, palETTe.

pps: many many times spelling and pronunciation have traveled from place to place and got mangled like this. english is full of words spelt with french, welsh, latin, english, spanish, and other language latinisation but then end up pronounced entirely different in many places.

like, when i say 'cicada' i say it 'sikAAADa' and my irish friend doesn't understand at first and then says 'sikAYda'

this was one of the joys of being in Bulgaria, where they are really fussy about pronunciation, although they deliberately mangle everything with W to V and TH to T.

shit lol thanks hahah

Haha damn. I had no idea what matata was talking about. I'm rtard.

i always won the spelling bees. it's also a very important skill to have as a computer programmer, i think.

looks like a sideview from a ship wreck in some really clear water
