Why is it so hard to commit to being healthy?

Is it so hard to

-quit sugar?

-eat less chapati & pork?

-exercise more?

-get more sleep?

When you truly value your body and health you will change (and hopefully so) or else sickness will change you even if you don’t want to.

True this - I remember feeling like I was in my 50s in late ‘23 (I was 35). Lost 35 lbs in ‘24 and joint problems, inflammation, lethargy all magically disappeared. Did it all by exercise and changing what/how much I eat. Most people simply don’t have the drive/discipline to do this though.

Just move your body and eat clean
