You can’t.
You can delete your private key (nsec) but everything you’ve posted lives on.
I don't think that would be easy as there are lots of relays. Perhaps you could go through every post and request deletion but apart from being laborious, I doubt its a guarantee.

You can’t. That’s reason why 99.9% of my friends who don’t use nostr refuse to ever use it and it’s what I despise the most about this protocol. It’s so trashy and mess bc you can’t clean this house!!!
Shame. They could be so free… Guess they’re not the type of people who want to take responsibility (aka ownership) for what they say online.
Change your profile info to “account no longer active” or something of the like. Broadcast to as many relays as possible.
No real effective way to delete history though.
Probably just stop using it, request delete for what you can. I'd assume most relays would purge after a certain time to save disk space
