It was fantastic.

Which cut is that and how did you cook it?

It is a beef tenderloin. Salt and pepper. Seared in ghee in a cast iron skillet. Cooked to internal temp of 130 in a Traeger burning a blended pellet.

I’ve never had tenderloin in a huge cut like that. Looks pretty awesome.
