The idea of being able to auto translate back and forth with minimal effort and streamline communication online has always been super cool to me.

Sorry, I missed this. Try using these translation settings, but turn off translating DMs if you’re not using it heavily (it exposes your encrypted messages in plaintext to the translation service).
