This is a function of iOS and Mobile Safari, not Mutiny. Safari and PWAs each have discrete local storage.

Got it, so if I’m going to use it as a PWA, I should just save the new phrase but keep the old one just for shits and giggles.

Whichever pass phrase was created in the PWA is the “correct” one, yes.

Gotcha. If I upgrade phones or accidentally delete the app shortcut does it currently let you restore?

There's restore in the settings, will restore onchain and lightning
