Videos are the best format, yes.

My point is that github is another layer of friction if your goal is to communicate a bug or request.

Maybe how to do a bug report / request on nostr sans github might be the video to make.

I can try making a poor mans production 30-60 second video.

I think Nostr kind 1 notes is a lousy place to post a feature request or bug report as there is no guarantee that it will be seen through the noise, and increases burden on devs to monitor for it, and manually carry it over to github or other system for proper tracking, triage and search support.

Not every project is blessed with a person dedicated to doing such tasks and even those like Damus that are will be overwhelmed as a single person fielding the masses cannot scale.

Good luck with all that. User feedback is a desert wasteland. Like pulling hairs, or Herding cats, Or abdominal surgery on oneself. Ouch. Never goes how you hoped.

Best we can do is team up with UX and dev professionals hand in hand. Two eyes Looking in and two looking out. Hope for the best as we charge fwd.
