consistently eating 4 eggs every morning has been an insane energy booster. Definitely preferring it over my fast-everyday-until 1500 routine i was doing before.
I would turn into a monster and eat way too many calories for dinner, not to mention it is harder to get 150+ grams of protein a day that way.
Also feels like my brain works slightly better on eggs vs annoyed cravings brain.
Ive been doing the same since spring. Big breakfast, small lunch, no dinner. I feel so much better.
