consistently eating 4 eggs every morning has been an insane energy booster. Definitely preferring it over my fast-everyday-until 1500 routine i was doing before.

I would turn into a monster and eat way too many calories for dinner, not to mention it is harder to get 150+ grams of protein a day that way.

Also feels like my brain works slightly better on eggs vs annoyed cravings brain.

How do you cook them?

Over easy/medium with butter. Sometimes scrambled. Nothing fancy. No bread. Just some maldon salt on top.

Sounds perfect. I usually do that for lunch, less eggs, but scrambled and throw in a protein.

May have to try switching it up for breakfast, though I usually eat at 12-1ish so it’s not as long of a wait, and not starving by then, but hungry!

Plus 100 calories creamer with my coffee.

I’ve been doing this exact thing for breakfast for about a year now. Four eggs, over easy, cooked in butter, salt on top. I scramble if I need to switch things up, or even poach if I’m feeling fancy. Berries are a great addition if I’m hungry enough, too.

Dairy and sourdough often times slow me down if I eat them too early in the day, but I might indulge from time to time.

Regardless, high quality eggs to start the day has been an amazing foundation for my health.

its crazy how this small change has had such a huge impact.

Eggs are super food. Once I asked a cardiologist about eggs, if they were “that bad” and she told me: how can eggs be bad if they contain everything needed to create a new life?

Especially if you can make sure the chickens are free range and not fed soy and industrial feed as those are mostly contaminated with glyphosate

I've been doing intermittent fasting from 20:00 until 12:00 for 6 years now and while i had the occasional breakfast here and there i never really noticed a difference. I can eat some eggs but i don't have to. Weird how different metabolisms work. I am also doing keto and lately carnivore with it though, maybe that's a difference, but eggs provide no carbs so still a bit odd.

For me oats, chia, and ~200g of fruits did the trick.

Interesting, gonnab try

Ive been doing the same since spring. Big breakfast, small lunch, no dinner. I feel so much better.

You geeks are funny ... Discovered the advantages of eggs with over 30😅🤷‍♂️😂

Hmmm rn i dont till 13

Personally I find that I’m hungry all day from whenever I 1st eat. I can be fine until midday without eating but if I eat straight after waking up i’m continually for the rest of the day.

I know this sounds strange but do look into canned sardines in oil for protein. They deliver more nutrients (and heavy metal) than eggs in some cases. Maybe have them a couple of days a week.

Throw in a can of sardines for DHA in SN2 and you'll see wonders. Best paired with UV light. Protein fat loaded breakfast for everyone!
