I believe someone slipped something in my drink Friday night. I wanted to say something so that others will remember to be extra cautious and observant. Besides getting horribly ill, I’m ok. I have questions about that night that will probably not be answered. The who, why, and what exactly I was dosed with I may never know. I was lucky that I was there with a man I trusted who was able to get me home safely and take care of me. It’s terrible when you’re told you’re one of the lucky ones because you just got horribly sick at home and not further assaulted. It’s terrible when even the police are like well someone should be back in on Tuesday to take a report. I think of all the parties between now and then and how someone may not get so “lucky”.
