How do you sit healthy when working hours in front of the laptop?
Standing desk that I can raise and lower. Sit and stand and go for walks or gym.

I alternate because the body isn't meant to sit all day long. It's not healthy.
True. At times when I am aware of my body, I can feel in about 30 minutes-1hour is actual the point when it wants to move again.
