Whatever is most beneficial to your mind, body and spirit is what you most resist and find most difficult.
Occasionally abstaining from food (daily or 1-3 times a week), occasionally spending time in solitude (minimum 30 minutes a day) and occasional exposure to cold (a cold shower 3-7 times a week) can do more good for your physical, mental and spiritual health than any medicine and therapy.
Get out of your comfort zone and take the road less traveled.
