I enjoy remote work benefits, but there’s something to be said about working in the office with colleagues.

Had to go in a few times this week for workshops etc and it ended up being really nice to see each other face to face and discuss stuff in the same room.

The commute is totally not work doing it frequently though. Also one of the days didn’t get to see my son awake due to leaving early and getting back late.

Probably valuable to regularly gather like that once a month or so.
