I would start with fats. Why did you fast?

Wanted to do a complete cleanse of my digestive system. A reset.

Yeah bad bugs die when you do that. Good guys are stronger and handle fasted state better.

Do you do fasting for spiritual work?

It’s both. Spiritual and wanting my body to feel cleansed. I started with a gallon of alkaline water in lieu of calories. I’ve never felt more clear.

It's always a good day for steak

Start with fresh fruit or vegitable juices. Liquid diet for 24-48 hrs.

After 2 days Try making khichadi ( super easy to digest food made from rice and lentcil)

Slowly and gradually move towards heavier diet as per your likings :)
