It should be both IMHO, clients and relay operator should try to do their best to help and make more effective a mute, but the thing about creating a new npub is the reason everyone, not just girls, has to be prepared for the infinity of morons out there, and the non-morons should unite to both give mental/moral support to any victime of any kind of abuse, and unite against morons perpetrators.. #plebchain
