How is “bitcoinizing” the dollar a good thing? Whatever happened to the separation of money and state?! Fiat currencies are toxic poison whose inherent toxic nature will not change simply because you are transmitting them over the #lightning network. #Bitcoin adoption ≠ stablecoin adoption!

There is no mechanism that prevents the state from participating in bitcoin.
True however my point is that, given Tether’s recent announcement how is it a good thing for bitcoin overall to have usdt being settled on the LN? Musings in the morning I guess
